ALCA Masters Selection Policy
The following selection policy for World Championships from 2010 onwards was decided by the ALCA Executive Committee on 14 October 2009.
All applicants for an Australian-allocated place at the ILCA World Masters Championships must be current members of an Australian District of the ILCA at the time of entry.
If there are more applicants than Australian places available, places will be allocated firstly to current Masters world champions, then to current Australian champions in each Masters division and after that will be in order-of-entry as recorded by ILCA.
In the event that more current World and Australian Masters champions apply than there are places available, ALCA will allocate places firstly to current World champions and then to current Australian champions in the oldest age divisions and proceed downwards.
